Mini doesn't show up anymore

My Mini-bar doesn't show up anymore after playing with the preferences a bit.
I changed to opt-in and then clicked hide on the one and only site where mini got annoying - i thought it would be just hidden temporary but now it doesn't show up anymore. I changed the preferences back to interesting-content - nothing. Tried all the other options (including opt-in) again and can't get it back to work. :(

edit: could be the new version too - i clicked "hide" yesterday and noticed today (after update) that it wont show anymore.
