Mixed View - no way to mark Feed page visible as read and refresh list

In Mixed view when reviewing a Tag, it will list grouped under the feeds title a certain number of the titles - there is no way to Mark the visible items as read and refresh the list with a new set of items if there are more items available for that particular feed. You can right click and mark as read but that marks the whole feed as read.
