Inappropriate?Hi Tessa. Are you running 2.x.007?
-
i'm running version 2.0a -
Can you please un-install 2.0a and install the latest 2.x from www.feedly.com please. One gmail issue has been fixed in 2.x -
okay, i'll try that. -
sorry it didn't work. the email icon or the preview. oh well, back to google reader again- thanks anyway. -
I can't seem to find out how to view my annotations either -
Here is the link to see the annotated articles http://www.feedly.com/home#label/feedly.annotated -
Thanks for the link, but where is a button for them- kinda impractical to not have a way to get there from the dashboard at least. -
Yep. The like is available in the narrow view. Will put it back in the wide view. If you are a keyboard person, you can also type g and n and you will get to that page. -
now it says 'loading gmail...please wait' -
Inappropriate?Hmm. I am not sure why gmail integration is not working for you in 2.x.007. There must be another but (independent from the login issue). Will try to put more log message in the patch we will push out on friday so that we have more information to track the issue.
-
Thanks, I used that all the time. I also used the preview, in fact the preview button was one of the top reasons i switched. Any ideas on why that is not working? -
Hmm. Clicking on the preview when an article is inlined works for me. What do you get when you click on preview? -
When i have an article in view and click preview it flashes the preview screen's boarder and then it's gone. i't has been out for quite a while now and i've had to use google reader :( -
Hmm. Any chance you could record a screencast and share a link so that we can see what you mean? It would help us try to reproduce the problem. -

see the change log -
Is a screencast different than a screen shot? If it is I don't know how to do that- let me know and i'll try. If not the 'preview' flash i spoke of above is way to fast to capture, but I can try. -
Inappropriate?I captured it- here you go

see how it's just the boarder of the preview- then it disappears. hope this helps.
I’m sad
-
This helps. Some website do not allow framing. I am wondering if this is what is happening here. Can you please let me know what RSS feed you are trying to preview so that we can try to reproduce this? -
I don't think that is the problem- all my feeds are doing this. It doesn't seem to matter what platform either- blogger, wordpress, typepad and self-hosted sites as well all have the same problom- no preview. I'd be glad to send you a like from each of these types of blogs, if you'd like. -
If if happens for every feed, then you are right it is not a restriction in the source. It must then be a feedly bug. Do you see any error message in the messages or error sections of the firefox error console ( Tools > Error Console) right after you click on preview? -
I pulled up the error console in my side bar and it popped up with tons of errors, messages, etc. as soon as I clicked on an article title- I hadn't even clicked on the preview button yet!- what do you need? -
A screenshot of the errors you are seeing would be useful (note: warnings are not interesting, only errors and messages are) -
Inappropriate? Here you go- the first to are screen shots after starting feedly.

I cleared the error console and clicked preview here are the screen shots

The first ones are error second ones messages
I hope this helps!
I’m unsure
-
hmm. do not see any related errors. Are you running the latest 2.x.009 release of feedly (the version number should be visible at the bottom of the page). -
Inappropriate? We've already been through that- yes, current version. To double check, I ran a check for any updates available for all add-ons- feedly did not come up. Here is an interesting screen shot- this is my add-ons in full page. when i clicked on the feedly 'options' button the only thing that appears is ok and cancel- see circled portion. I'm wondering if feedly is interfered by another addon- however, i haven't added anything new to my add-ons and the preview used to work and the email icon button too- now they both don't work.
I really hope you can find the problem
I’m frustrated
-
all other 'options' buttons in other add-ons work fine. -
Is anyone getting anywhere with this? -
Okay, out of desperation I downloaded Firefox latest version. I then disabled all my add-ons. I uninstalled feedly and reinstalled it and then checked to see if the preview and email icon worked. The preview did not work, but the email icon did and up popped a little form for sending. I then enabled all my add-ons (unfortunately not one at a time). The preview and now the email icon do not work. I hope someone can fix this. Now we know that 1. one of my add-ons in interfering with the email function and 2. The preview is not due to my add-ons. -
Inappropriate?now when I click feeds from the right side list, i get this- it won't load the feed. it doesn't matter if I'm viewing in 'latest' or 'digest',
etc.
I’m frustrated, sad
-
This fail to load issue was a regression it has been fixed in 2.x.014. The problem will go away next time you restart firefox. -
Inappropriate? After the newest update, the email icon now works! Preview still flashes :(. It's getting there!
