Problem loading feedly
having problems loading feedly (version: 1.2.138 (build 2290) firefox 3.0.5) Recently chahged my Google password, so maybe to do with that, but am able to use Google reader OK. Worked again when I uninstalled feedly, and reinstalled, but obviously I don't want to have to keep doing that all the time...: )

Inappropriate?Hmmm. Changing password should not be a problem (given that feedly does not see or touch the password). Do you remember what was the error message you were seeing? Next time you see this problem, could you please post a screenshot of the feedly UI and a screenshot of the firefox error console (message and error tabs) after the start up? Sorry for the inconvenience.
-
Inappropriate?I'm having trouble loding too - yesterday i got a larger failure message but can't remember exactly. now it just doesnt load - "feedly is offline , try reloading or restart your browser". I didn't change my password by the way .
It's a temporary problem - sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesnt :(

Inappropriate?virelai: can you please look at the message section of the firefox error console, take a screenshot and publish it here? It will give us some more visibility as to what might be causing the problem.
-
Inappropriate?Thats Java Console right? When I click on it, it gets grey and nothing happens - i just restarted my browser - thats probably why theres nothing in it? Feedly loaded this time - i will post a detailed message if i get the problem again - sorry for destroying the evidence!

Inappropriate?Sorry I should have been more explicite. The Console is the firefox error console. You can access it through the menu: Firefox > Tools > Error Console. The console has a set of tabs. The ones which are useful as error and messages (warning is not relevant). Please let us know next time you run into the problem and we will be happy to try to track down the bug and fix it. Thank you. -Edwin

Inappropriate?ok. this log looks ok. I will look at the io issue but I do not expect that to be the cause of the problem. Next time you see the problem, please submit the logs again (there will be more information related to errors). Thanks. -Edwin

Inappropriate?Okay, good . I'll report then :)
-
Haven't had a problem since then too! -
Inappropriate?I have to say, feedly seems all better now! (so I don't know what was up...)
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Note: we saw a couple of reports of Google Reader having hick ups yesterday. When you have problem loading feedly, could you please check and see if you are able to load Google Reader. This will help us understand if the problem is on our side of the wall or if we are simply going through some Google Reader turbulance. Thank you. -Edwin

Inappropriate?I was able to read my feeds on google reader but i noticed that they were not updated recently. I think the newest feeds were about three hours old although some of my newsfeeds are updated very often (newspaper...) .
So I could read the feeds on google Reader but it had obviously problems too i think! -
Inappropriate?feedly integrates with Google Reader in real time so content-wise, you should see the very same thing in feedly and google reader.
-
Inappropriate?I know but feedly didn't load - thats why I read my feeds in google Reader and it just seemed as there was something wrong with Google Reader because it couldn't update.
-
Inappropriate?Happend again for a second, but could reload after secondd try.
