Thanks for the heads up. This is a bug. We will look at fixing it. In the meantime, here is a work around: There is a preference knob in the preferences page call "Auto Tag" which allows you to turn off the auto tagging capability.

Yeap, seems to be a minor bug. (The workaround helps.) I stumbled over this, so thought to let you know.
