unsubscribing from what wizard added
I loved feedly when it consited only of the links I manually added. Then I succumbed to letting the welcome wizard look at my links and add stuff because that yellow pop-up window kept asking me to. But once added, I now don't want any of it. And I want to eliminate whole tabbed categories it added, like technology and news. Instead of seeing all my favorite, soothing crafts blogs at the top of the page, I see celebrity gossip and Microsoft news instead. I tried eliminating the links one by one, and it seemed to work (gave me a confirmation bubble), but the next time I visited feedly, everything was back! Hate it. I want complete control over my content and feel like I lost it.

Inappropriate?Hi Hide. Sorry about this. You must be running in a bug: if you were an existing active Google Reader user, feedly should not have given you the option of adding additional feeds. I will investigate that.
To delete newly added categories, please go to the dashboard and start dragging those categories and drop them on the "Remove Categories" on the popup which appear when you start dragging.
Please let me know if that does not work and we will help troubleshoot. -
Sorry for the typo in your name. -
Inappropriate?Update: In 1.2.267, we added a skip option to the welcome process so that people who have a google reader account with 20-50 feeds but have not used it for 90 days can simply skip the personalization process and use re-use their existing google reader feed.
