error message after having add an item to a feed

Just what the title says.
Adding an item to a feed, an error such the following is displayed:

XML::LibXML::Element=SCALAR(0x16230c0)Status: 302 Found Location: http://feedoor.com/home/ok/ok1/651847...

Anyhow, going back in the browser history and reloading the items/feed page shows that the new item has been added.

I’m perplexed
