Can't access Hotspots
I can't connect to Hotspots with my iPhone. When I signed up with Fido I made sure I got a plan with free Hotspot access as I knew I'd be using data at Hotspots on a regular basis. Unfortuately I've never been able to get it to work.
I've tried at various Vancouver locations (usually Starbucks) and after going through the steps and being redirected to http://wifi.fido.ca I enter my online fido account details. I always receive a "system error" message. Not a "wrong username/password" message -I've tried intentionally putting in the wrong info and have seen that message - but rather a message along the lines of "there has been a system error, please try again later."
I've tried calling support and was told various things including that the entire online access was down at that time - even though I was successfully logged in at that time via 3G - but no one has offered any suggestions or solutions. I even tried contacting Fido through Twitter but after answer their questions I never heard back again.
I purchased my plan with the understanding I could have free Hotspot access and so far hav not recieved it.

I've heard a couple of reports in the past 24 hours about the hotspot service being unavailable but we do not have many concrete examples.
