• and i get phone calls daily from their collections dept
• and i have been working one day per week ever since until recently

• but i believe that a computer dials my number and then transfers to an agent once i pick up or acknowledge

• i am less than $100 overdue and am a night time shift worker in march i had an employer declare bankruptcy
• i was getting up to 6 calls in one day! i used to answer the calls
• the agent i spoke to would not accept my conditions ie: the amount and dates i would be able to make the payments
• those calls are often dropped not by me and i end up saying hello to dead silence for a good 2 mins or so so i stopped answering i made a couple of payment promises to them over this time
• yay i have tried to keep my total balance under $200 i'm only overdue by about $80
• 1 i know i owe
• 2 payments have been made
• 3 why does my bill say if i am getting harassing phone calls when i owe less that two i don't think i've ever even had a $300 cell phone bill
• albeit small ones and i have made at least two payments since my trouble began
• and he thought he would do me a favor and give me a little more time as in disconnect me on monday instead of friday i don't need more time
• and it was obvious he thinks i am a lower class of citizen who doesn't deserve courtesy he seemed to think that i needed to be taken to task for my erroneous attitude
• and i have actively kept my phone usage as low as possible i do like the text with the dollar amount i got
• and i usually would slightly overpay as well like a credit for next time
• and my agitation levels increased during the conversation he pretty much did everything except actually call me a dead beat listen u eff'ers! i work harder in one day than you every will in a year! apparently i was scheduled for disconnection
• and the man i got to was very rude
• because that actually would have angered me much less money is money after all

• but your collections department needs to re-evaluate who they are chasing i am sure there are other customers who deserve this kind of treatment

• go ahead and disconnect my service
• he said no and delivered the line that he would do nothing about the early am calls i hung up on him i was so disgusted with the way i was being spoken to
• if disconnecting me means you will stop calling me
• just not the dollar amount they had pressured from me keep in mind
• payments were definitely made

• that's the way all the agents have spoken to me i like being spoken to in that manner about as much as i like wiping my posterior with sandpaper i was told that collections was automatic on any outstanding amount i'm actually tempted to always have exactl

• the agent would not release the call and would continue to berate me until i told them what they wanted to hear as a direct result
• the guy's attitude was atrocious
• the payments i made were not exactly what had been discussed
