Fido = NO SERVICE
My iPhone decided to become a paperweight.
I lost service for an entire 24 hour period.
To correct the problem, I purchased a brand-spanking-new 3G SIM card and when it still didn't work... I bought the new MOTO W233 Renew... and STILL NO SERVICE.
This is on-top of the fact when I went to a FIDO kiosk, I was told by the Fido employee - "I can't be bothered to be on hold; go to wireless wave". I'm sorry your computers are down, but this is NOT how customer service works. That is deferring the issue. Especially when all you have to do is call into Fido to do your job... you're calling your own employer!
Oh, did I mention I work in Toronto? You'd think I'd have service in Canada's biggest city... right?
