Get me out of Cell hell

How do i get out of Fido contract...

The issue is that I have attempted to have my Account updated with the correct Point of Contact and phone number however this has not happened in over 1 year. When I first connected with CRTC Fido had “ATTEMPTED” to correct this issue and then asked to reset the account which should have corrected the contact information but yet again my account balance and remaining time is being sent to a secondary number to which I don’t have access to. I am the Primary account holder and I don’t understand why this is still ongoing – the excuse I have now been told is that my number is not listed as the contact. In addition, our Secondary line is getting 3 calls per day and my cell is also receiving 7 phone calls in one day (in the past week 7- calls July 13th, 3 calls July 14th and 2 calls on July 16th) regarding the same subject all of them from Accounts receivable how can this happen???? This is Harassment and beyond Frustrating – I took action and connected with the supervisor on 3 separate occasions to which I have made payment arrangements however for whatever reason they do not record this arrangement. Each time I speak to the rep, make the same arrangement with Dates and method of how payment is being made. I have spoken with the "supervisor" and they tell me, yes the arrangement is there however the reps are not looking at the files before calling so how is my problem????
