Questions/Comments for a Fido Representative - Please clarify these things for me

I have two questions for a Fido representative here.

1. Is there a bundle for the iPhone 3GS where I can have call display with NAME DISPLAY? I'm currently subscribing to the $10 iPhone value pack and I was told by a Fido rep that there is NO WAY I CAN ADD NAME DISPLAY. Why is there this limitation if what that rep said is true? MAKES NO SENSE!
2. I would like to say that paying per use for MMS is stupid when Koodo, Rogers, etc.. include it with their text plans. I for one vote to have picture/video messaging included in the plans as they are right now. Koodo offers the same pricing for the rate plans, ie. $25 = 100 minutes per second billing, Free Eve/Weekends 7pm and Unlimited Text/Picture/Video messaging!! What's the deal Fido?
