We have heard that some people have trouble registering. It is most likely due to the load on our service after the recent blog coverage. Please try again and report back if you are still not able to register!

Could it be that fileride doesn't support proxy access to the Internet?
I am using a proxy server and what made me suspicious is that I wasn't even asked how to access the Internet before I got to the registration form.
If you do not support proxy servers, this is not a service for me!

Sorry for the delayed answer.. We may add proxy support in an upcoming release.

Good news! Proxy support is implemented and will be available in the next release planned for 13th of December..
