i recently ordered IMPACT i have been downloading now for about 3 days in total, how long does it usualy take and how big is the file. thanks Dominic

Hey Gose,
Sorry to hear you are having problems. Here's what you can do to fix that.
What probably happened is that, for some reason, the file you are downloading became corrupted. What you are going to want to do is:
1. Stop the download
2. Get rid of the download file by dumping it in your operating system's trash or recycling bin
3. Delete the .tix file from your computer
4. Revisit the Film Fresh web page and log into your account
5. Once in your account look for the tab labeled "DivX Files"
6. From there you can see your movie's .tix file on the site and you can redownload it.
This should restart the download process and you should be able to have your movie ready from 15 minutes to a couple hours depending on your Internet connection.
