So somehow I screwed up, have I lost the download for good?
Well, crap. I've had DIVX software on my systems for at least 2 years now, and I thought the player was current. Apparently not, because after reading the readme and logging into my DIVX account, I hit the tix file and left for a few minutes. During this time, the system decided to install the updated player, and I got back just in time to see it coming out of a reboot. I lost the free download, as I doubt it ever got a chance to download, and could never find a way back to the tix file, which was gone. Am I just SOL?

Not at all. There is a repository of all your ticket files in your Film Fresh user account.
Just log into Film Fresh, click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner, and then select the DivX Files tab on your account page.
You'll find the link to your film there.-
Indyfog March 13, 2010 00:00Thanks, rick. Pretty quick answer, too. I appreciate that, having done a lot of tech support in my younger days. I think I can now spur what few brain cells are left to get this all figured out. Much appreciated.EditDeleteRemove
