Hi Amy,
I am not sure exactly what you mean when you say you need to setup RSS feeds. You can use RSS both to supply information into the system and you can use it to pull the data we find out of the system. Let me know what you are trying to accomplish and I can help you configure your account. Also please feel free to email me directly a patrick@filtrbox.com.
