Mail is not sent after password reset request
Cannot reset the password of my account. I've requested password reset some times in these days but I haven't received anything by mail. Spam folder was checked too.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Frustrated, I've created a new account too, and guess what, I didn't even get the account confirmation email this time. Used a different email account on a different provider, put noreply[at]cloudcell[dot]com in the safe sender list on both, verified spam and trash folders on both.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was indeed a problem with password reset emails being sent out, which was causing them to stack up in a queue. This has now been resolved and all emails should have been sent out successfully.
Note, if you did request a new password multiple times please use the last email received, or reset again to receive a new email.
