First American Home Owner Rip OFF! FRAUDS

As a military family we see al lot of these and have never seen one that actually did what their recordings while on hold, said! Same again. Our AC unit went out on a four year old unit, Besides finding the slowest One Man shop around, "Desired Temperatures in Floresville Texas, I live in San Antonio, It took four days to show up and only after I called him!!!!! Then he said our Compressor was out/dead, I agreed, figured it was the compressor! He left after charging the flat rate deductible. Now, deductible, Warranty, Strict vetting process, all have some kind of warped definitions to FAHBPC! The contractor has never called me back and when I called FAHBPC they said he had been trying to get in contact? I have a good working cell phone and he never called! Then when he still didn't call, I called him and he said he needed to come back "Some Time" Because the numbers didn't work! To save anymore delay, I got the numbers and he said he had copied one down wrong and would call the factory and call me back! A total of 14 days now and he never called me back! I called FAHBPC to day now they say I will have to pay hundreds in uncovered costs, and I have the delux warranty????? I will be writing the Texas State Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud department! I've done this before
and know how it works! This company is a rip off and should not be sanctioned by State Real Estate Commissions!
