Receipt for off-line donation?
If I get a donation in cash or check form to be applied my page, how can the donor get a receipt for the donation?

Once you give the donation to the non-profit they should be able to provide a receipt for that donation for that person.
Firstgiving only gives confirmations/receipts for online donations.
