Registration Code Nightmare!
Registration code - I have tried many, many times this morning to enter my registration code and continue to receive an error message entitled "Incorrect registration key entered." I entered it manually and also copied from notepad, no luck, very frustrating. I am waiting for an email from support@firstgiving.com This is going to be a real turn off for my team members who need to use the same code to create their own fund raising pages. HELP!

If you were receiving an error then there was a reason for the error, and I do not know from reading your e-mail above where you were entering the code, but it appears that everything has been done successfully and you are ready to fundraise for the Jennifer S Fallick Cancer Support Center. I see that you also stated you were waiting for an answer from support. Please note that all e-mails are answered by Firstgiving with 1 business day. Your e-mails came in over the long holiday weekend and have been answered now that we are back in the office.
