Support Team continues to answer the big questions - This week: How do I see who is registered for my team?
To see the pages linked to your team, as well as all the registrants, head to your page http://www.firstgiving.com/(your page url here) and click on your team name in the upper right hand corner of the page. This will bring you to the Team Details page. You can see all pages linked to the team and a list of people (at the bottom) who have registered online for the event and have linked themselves to the team.

Inappropriate?I have not registered yet but want to see who is registered or if there is a team at my company?
-
Inappropriate?I still cannot find my team, I dont see how you get to a page on this website were you can click on your team.
Also, somehow my team name got messed up, I know i didnt enter it like that.
How can I correct my team name?

Inappropriate? If you have already created your page and missed the team details page we here on the support desk will have to add your page to a team. You get to the team page by first going to the non-profit's Firstgiving page and following the step by step process to create your page and/or register for an event. If the organization has the team function turned on for the event you will come across the team details page, if not you will not find any indication of teams. If you need instructions on how to follow the page creation process you will find a posting on this Get Satisfaction page, or you can contact us at our support e-mail support@firstgiving.com for instructions. It is helpful if you include your full name, the name of the non-profit organization and the event you wish to participate in. Thank you.
