Support Team continues to answer the big questions - This week: How Do I Update my Offline Total
The following steps will instruct you on updating the amount of money raised offline and acknowledging your offline donors.
To update your offline total:
1. Log into your Firstgiving account.
2. Click the "Your Fundraising Pages" tab
3. Click the "Go" button that is under the "Manage this page" heading.
4. On the next screen, under the "Design your page" heading, click the "Do some basic editing" link.
5. Lastly, "Total Raised Offline" button is towards the bottom of the editing template. Click that and insert the correct dollar amount of funds raised offline.
