Better search feature with faster more acurate ranking idea

Suggestion: It would be nice to be able to search for a movie or keyword and then have flickchart generate a list of movies with small icons next to the results. Also next to the result name have a "seen it" button like the current one but have it pop up a small list of three movies to compare it to without navigating away from the search list. The pop-up list could consist of three movies already ranked each around 30% i.e. if you ranked 100 movies the ones that pop would be #s 30, 60, and 90. There could then also be a link above the list like "better than these" and a link below like "worse than these" these buttons could refresh the list or just rank accordingly. Or instead of the pop-up just ad three links next to the "seen it" button that are like "compare to top", "compare to middle", "compare to bottom". The two main Ideas here are not having to navigate away from the search list, and getting moves closer to their overall rank faster. Overall It just seems like i have to individually compare all of my favorite movies against the hundreds of bad and mediocre ones just to get them somewhere near the top, thus wasting a lot of time.
