Can't adjust my rankings after my top 250.

Even with the "All Movies" filter set, I only see the same movies over and over again. It is mostly my top 100 with some from the 100-250 range and the occasional title that I haven't previously encountered or from lower in my ranks. But for the most part, I'm not getting any titles from the 500-1650+ range. I'm fairly satisfied with my top 250, so the constant repetition of rankings isn't really accomplishing anything. Even when using genre or decade filters, I still see mostly the top ranking titles only.
