Can't Login, Forgot Password Form Not Working
Hey dudes,
I'm really addicted to Flickchart, love the service. However, I haven't been able to login ever since I sent an invite to a few of my friends. Not only that, but the forgot password form is not working. It doesn't send an e-mail to my e-mail address (I've thoroughly checked my spam folder).
My guess is that somewhere in your database my e-mail address/password was deleted or modified because the form doesn't give me an error that my username doesn't exist, and indeed my friends on flickchart can still see my profile.
Just a suggestion, you should figure out a way to have direct support for this kind of problem. I saw that it took another of your users 2 months to resolve a problem that could have been solved by a simple e-mail containing a new password while you were working on your auto-responder. I hope that doesn't happen to me.

Inappropriate?David - Sorry to hear that you had problems -- that thing's been a difficulty off and on. Give me your username here or via email and I'll get it taken care of for you.
WRT past users having the same issue, we did have a period where the response times were pretty bad. (Yours at 16 hours is one of the worst we've had lately by a good margin -- sorry about that. There's an ebb and flow to non-Flickchart work.) That was before we got a large influx of users and - mostly due to me, not Nathan - development was a lot more off and on, as was support.
This forum is as good as email for the moment, since we pay attention to each of them equally (I get alerted to GS cases via the same address to which I get direct mail). The larger problem is that we haven't taken the time yet to set up some of our own essential admin tools to make certain requests like a change of password very easy -- but we're working on it.

Inappropriate?I am also having this problem. I just logged out to help a friend and show them how to sign up, and now I cannot log back in. The new password that was sent to me does not work, either.

Inappropriate?hi, sorry for bothering you, suddenly every time i try to log in it says that the username or password is wrong, even though it's memorized in firefox [so it's not my error] and i'm pretty sure firefox has got it right, it worked fine before... i cliked on 'forgot my password' and it said 'my password has been sent to me' and it's still not in my inbox [or junk folder] a day later after numerous tries.
my username is obrijana_volina, email obrijana_volina@hotmail.com.

Getting a bounce on the send - "tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected obrijana_volina@hormail.com (state 14)." Send us an email to inquiries@flickchart.com and we'll reply back with your temporary password. -

I'm having the same problem. I havent been able to login for over a week now, i've tried the password recovery a few times but have yet to recieve an email. My username is aaronmrt and email is aaron_thandi@hotmail.com. Please help.
