Malfunctioning Tweetboard

For quite a while now, the Tweetboard has been glitching significantly. The speech bubble doesn't even always show up properly; sometimes it will just show the, "Tweets," text, and not the bubble or the number of new tweets. And, right now, in both Internet Explorer and Chrome, it is refusing to load entirely when I click on it.
