Movies not showing up for me to rank
2 things. First, no movies are popping up for me to rank today. The site comes up but the space where the movies are shown is blank and the comments box at the bottom just has that spinning circle like it's still thinking. Second, I tried earlier to star someone else's "share an idea" which then brought up a little box asking me to sign in. It wouldn't accept my email address and password. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that it asks for my email address as a login yet the site in general uses a user name?

The "Feedback" tab that brings you here to GetSatisfaction uses a different email and password than your Flickchart username and password - so that's why the GetSatisfaction window wouldn't let you use your Flickchart combination.
As for the "no movies" problem, not sure what's wrong there. Did you try reloading the page? A different browser, perhaps? There are lots of other people on right now without issue.
Let us know if you still have persistent problems.

Hey thanks for the QUICK reply. Ok, yes I figured out the weird sign-in problem shortly after contacting you guys. Sorry for bothering you with that. The "no movies" problem seems to have resolved itself...I have no idea what was going on. I had tried logging out/in, restarting safari etc etc. Finally after I left my computer for a while and came back, voila! it was working. Who knows.
