Embedding slideshow of favorites

I am trying to create a slideshow using a selection of "favourites" that are all Ceative Commons images. But when I try to embed I keep getting msg: "Oh no. We couldn't find anything". Does anyone know if there is some rule about embedding other user's images via a slideshow even if they are CC? Or do they have to add me as a Contact before I can use their images in slideshow?
