Would really like to sort or query SET feeds by ordinal or tag !!

How do I get an RSS feed of a "set" either in alphabetical order or by tag? There are currently options only to sort by dates. What I'd like to do is get the "first" photo of my choosing (either by set ordinal or by my own tag) to use as the "cover photo" for that set.
