I can assure you that we do not ship Flock with any viruses in it, and security on our servers is top-notch. I hope and suspect that you are seeing a false positive.
Here's a few things you can answer to help us hunt down the cause of this:
1. What Antivirus program are you using?
2. Is your Antivirus up-to-date with the latest virus definitions?
3. What exactly does the Antivirus say when it detects these viruses?

Inappropriate?Im using Bitdefender 2008 Security System. Yes my antivrus is up-to-date.When I downloaded 2.03 new Flock version my Bitdefender block the download version warning me there is a virus in the download? Thank you for your reply.

Inappropriate?BitDefender did this a couple of weeks ago as well. We notified them of the issue, and they acknowledged that it was a mistake in their virus definitions and fixed it the same day. I've tried contacting them again and hopefully they will be able to fix it again soon.
In the meantime, I would suggest temporarily disabling BitDefender in order to install Flock. Once Flock is installed, you can re-enable it. BitDefender doesn't seem to have any problem with Flock once it is installed.
