Anyone having trouble launching flock on PC?
Held a class this morning on the use of flock. What a great product it is. 2 People can not open it on their pc's. One has xp the other has vista 32.
I need to help these people. Tried uninstalling flock then re-download it and it would not uninstall. Help!

Inappropriate?Is there an error message you can share? If 'flock has encountered a problem and needs to close', try removing the lucene folder in the user profile.

Please let us know if this doesn't work, or if there is any more info you have on what's being shown (if anything) on the PCs that are having trouble.

No error codes, just seems to lock up. You can't launch flock or uninstall it. One person is reporting that she can not use her IE anymore, course she always has some issue or another and I haven't had the chance to see it for myself. -

Inappropriate?Hi Rolland.
Try deleting the Lucene folder, as this can easily become corrupted. To find the Lucene folder, you can use this link:
http://flock.com/faq/show/64#q_387
Deleting the Lucene will not delete any of your settings or favourites.
