Flock 2.0.3 won't update to 2.5

I have Flock 2.0.3. When I autoupdate, it says there isn't a new version available! How to I migrate to flock 2.5 with all my extensions still there?

Hi S B,
There is currently no auto-update from 2.0.3 >> 2.5, but if you download and install 2.5 from our site, your extensions will remain intact.
