Flock 2.0 not playing nice with Yahoo pages!
When I visit Yahoo pages with media on them Flock 2.0 hangs and I have to kill the program and restart it.

Inappropriate?Do all Yahoo pages cause Flock to hang, or only some of them? Can you provide a URL which will cause Flock to hang? When you have the link, right-click on it and select "Copy Link Location" to get the URL without visiting the page.
What "media" is on the pages when Flock 2 hangs? Flash? Java?
For about how many seconds does the page load before you know that Flock has hung?
What OS are you using?
Other people seem to have the same problem (see threads "Flock freezes when My Yahoo news articles are accessed." and "Problem Downloading Yahoo News Site."), but I have not experienced it myself on Windows XP. Can you add anything useful to those threads? -
Inappropriate?encore75,
We have not been able to reproduce this issue. If you could provide any additional information, as Chris Vance, suggested, that'd be greatly appreciated.
Also, could you update your browser to Flock 2.0.3 (downloadable from our main website), and see if that fixes the problem? If you'd feel more comfortable to make a copy of your profile prior to updating, the instructions are here: http://flock.com/faq/show/64#q_61799
Thanks,

Inappropriate?I do have 2.0.3 installed on both my Windows XP and Vista machines and the behavior seems to be on the Yahoo news sites as well (for both machines). For example, if I go to the following URL, the browser will hang on me: http://news.yahoo.com/s/eonline/20081...
What happens is that my pointer will turn to the "hourglass" pointer a second or two after the page starts loading and then I am unable to click on any links or even scroll down the page. The only thing I am able to do is to click on the "X" box to close the program (or ctrl-alt-del out of it).
I'm assuming that the media it has trouble with are the thumbnails of the "Entertainment Video," but I'm not really sure, since I'm not able to move around in the page with Flock 2.0.3 (but I am able to navigate just fine with Firefox 3.0.5).
