Flock 2 Crashed and wont reopen
Hi all I just downloaded Flock 2 and having major probs. I had V1 working great but now i go to launch flock and it cant even get to the home page. PLease help i am flockless!

The most common cause of crashes in Flock 2 is a corrupted search index, which is easy to fix:
(1) Quit Flock entirely
(2) Locate your profile folder and delete the "lucene" folder contained therein
(3) Restart Flock
That's probably the issue, but let us know if you still have problems after trying that.

Thanks for the advice but it didnt work. Should i uninstall Flock and reinstall? Will i lose my bookmarks if i do this?

Inappropriate?You should not lose your settings if you reinstall the browser, but it's a good idea to make a backup of your profile first, anyway.
It's also worth checking what you have installed for extensions. Most Firefox extensions work fine in Flock, but some have been known to cause problems, including crashes. Try running Flock in safe mode to see if that helps. If Flock runs properly in safe mode, that may mean one of your installed extensions is causing the crash.

Inappropriate?Thanks Chris. You were right it was the Cooliris addon. I am Flocking again! Yay! Foxmarks is synchronised too so that is great.
