I can't update my Flock to version 2.03
When attempting to upgrade to 2.03, the browser downloads and installs the update, but wont complete it. It then tells me I still need to update.

This is strange. Could you please provide us with the following information:
1) which version of Flock are you? You can get that information by typing "about:" at the URL bar
2) is this an English (US) version or a localized build?
3) what is the build ID in your current Flock browser? This information can be retrieved by typing in "about:flockbuild" in the URL bar.
4) Did you go to the menu and click on "Help | Check for Updates..." to detect an update? Or did you just download Flock 2.0.3 from our website?
5) If you went through "Help | Check for Updates..." , did you get an error message during the update process? If yes, do you remember what it says?
