There are many web-services in RUssian WEB part, as in other countries all over the world are.
Is it possible for Flock development team to write down some XML or other rather simple specification for the fast and above all simple integration of web service of any type, supported by the Flock?

I guess, the basic principles of such integration system could be:
01. Simple small size implementation code (XML, for example),
02. Full support of all international symbol tables for proper integration of the different services with the different native languages support,

Possible implementation scheme:
Could be realized as well-known modern social bookmarks system:
01. Flock gives specification to the WORLD,
02. Service holder follows Flock specification, writes the integration code and shares it on his own web site,
03. User visits the service's web site and clicks the Button "Add this service to the Flock" and the service automatically adds to the user's Flock on the specific toolbar.
