Problem with Feeds & Favorites
When I open my Feeds bar, none of my feeds show up. Further, I cannot add new RSS feeds, view a list of pre-existing ones, and the feed icon in the navigation bar no longer becomes orange on compatible sites.
Additionally, I cannot add any new favorites.

It sounds like you may have encountered a profile corruption bug. We have fixed it for the upcoming release of Flock 2.1, but that won't help you with your current problem. Please try the following:
(1) Quit Flock entirely
(2) Locate your profile folder and rename the file "flock-data.sqlite" to something like "OLD-flock-data.sqlite"
(3) Restart Flock
Now when Flock starts up, your feeds and accounts will be gone, but Flock should be functioning properly again.
