SIDE BAR NEVER LOGGED IN EVEN THOUGH I LOGGED IN ON FACEBOOK ALREADY
Its getting stupid. I clicked people. sidebar opened. It told me to login to facebok. clicked. logged in. check the sidebar again. nothing changed. clicked login to Facebook again. logged in again. never worked. thx flock. back to ff3.

1) Which version of Flock are you using?
2) Have you tried to clear your Facebook cookies, forget any previously configured Facebook account in the Accounts and Services sidebar, restart your browser, and logging back in?

I am sorry to hear the people sidebar for facebook doesn't work. Since we can't reproduce it in-house, would you try the following steps for me,please?
1. Would you take a screenshot where Facebook is logged in at Flock and the people sidebar is not loading your friends, please?
2. Would you type about:webdetective at the url bar and copy and paste the value like : "facebook: $Id: facebook.xml 22248 2009-04-17 20:13:09Z campbell $" , please?
3. Are you using Flock 2.5? You can check the Flock version by typing about: at the url bar.
4. Are you using a non-English facebook account?
5. Would you also try to to press "Forget Account" under the facebook account at Accounts and Services sidebar, please? Then relogin to facebook.com please.

5) This does not change the friends list under the people sidebar. Forgetting the account, restarting Flock and loging in doesn't either. Nor does logging out, forgetting the account, restarting Flock and loginig in again.

And BTW, when I did all this diagnositc, I had to reboot the browser. So I saved the url and pasted it in to reply. Of course, now I wasn't logged in to GetSatisfaction. So I logged in again using openID. By the time I got back to the url my post was gone. OpenID is great, but GetSatisfaction should implement it better. -

Inappropriate?I facing same problem with you mike, I sidebar never log in although I already log in Facebook. This happen since yesterday night. I can't use the side bar upload to my Facebook album. It keep asking me log in password. Once i log in the password I was in the Facebook site but not the sidebar remain offline.

Inappropriate?It still doesn't work for me:
My facebook friends are not displayed under the "People" sidebar. The facebook selector icon has a orange dot on it. Under the People->facebook sub-sidebar I see my facebook picture and an old status message, and no friends.
I followed the steps at http://gsfn.us/t/8avn meticulously.
