On the page: http://getsatisfaction/flock/recently... is a headline: "Recently active topics in Flock" -> Browse ( with a curtain menu : all topics, questions, ideas, problems, praise, company updates, & discussions. Above is a bar to start av new topic: "Ask a question, Share an idea, Report a problem & Give praise. Missing are "company updates" and "discussions". I understand that only Official Reps and maybe Employees are allowed to start a topic regarding "company updates", but anybody should have the right to start and take part in a "discussion". Previously I started a new topic "Add-ons & Extensions ( Discussion)", but it was misplaced, because there was no topic group called "Take part in discussion" ( or similar ).

I looked into this...it appears that GetSatisfaction used to have an option called "Discussion", but they turned it into "Praise". There appear to be a few spots on the site where they have yet to change this nomenclature over. So you're not missing any functionality - "Praise" is "Discussion".
