Inappropriate?Your favorites are not gone! The way bookmarks are stored changed from Firefox 2.x to Firefox 3.x, and the migration isn't working with the auto-update we put out. If you install the old version you will see they are all there.
Here's a link, for Windows:
http://archive.flock.com/releases/1.2...
Shut down Flock and install the old version and you should be back in business. Please let me know if this doesn't work.

Inappropriate?Hey Glenn,
Can you provide some further information? What do you mean by "did nothing"? Did the installer start? If so, did it finish? If so, did the browser start up? If so, were your favorites there?
I'd be happy to help with some more context.

I am having the same problem on my Wife's MAC. She installed the latest version and ever RSS feed, Facebook, Twitter, etc setting is gone. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest and older versions. We've tried Canadian English vs. US English.
To describe the symptoms a little better, when we go to the are where we would have FB & Twitter etc, these things don't even show up. The column or sidebar isn't just empty, it's empty of the option to add your web 2.0 accounts for this information.
This is a major bummer. We've been big fans of flock. Also, being that this is on a MAC I'm nearly stupid about how to fix it... because generally stuff just works. So, We need help. This sets us back quite a bit, and I'm hoping that none of our "troubleshooting" steps so far have deleted her listt of RSS feeds. I know we probably should have backed them up, but until now, we've never had a problem upgrading, and so didn't think we needed to.
Please help!
