Why does Facebook Chat say all my friends are offline?
Facebook chat doesn't work for me. Whenever I click a person's name is says there offline, but when i refresh the page there back online again and the same thing happens. And I'm always set to online as well, so my friends have no clue i'm online. What is the problem and is there anyway to fix it?

Yeah, it's the same issue. The whole outgoing-incoming Facebook Chat issue thingy is within the parameters of the bug.

Inappropriate?goto the facebook chat in the bottom right and click it. in the top right corner click create friends. create a new list and make sure that its selected. then click the slider next to other friends so that it turns green.

this solves it ,, create any random list ,, u ll have two lists ,turn both of them online ,,try and see if it wrks ,, u can delete the list once it works ,,i did and evrythin is bak to normal ,thx mate
