I went to "Add and Remove Programs" to remove "Sulphur Grackle" and upon selecting Uninstall got the message that Grackle was running.
What was running was Flock 2. Is Grackle Flock 2?

Copy the Browser folder to your desktop. This way in case uninstalling Grackle causes problems, you'll be able to restore your Flock 2 profile information.
