Inappropriate?Hello Frank,
I am sorry to hear this problem. Would you tell me which version of Flock that you are running by tying http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ and copy the string like: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009050817 Firefox/3.0.10" , please?
Also, would you also try Option 4: Factory reset at http://flock.com/tune-up, please?
Please let me know whether it works or not.
Thanks,
Patricia -
This is my version of Flock: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008121620 Firefox/3.0.5 Flock/2.0.3 -
Thanks for the advice but those 4 steps don't work. This problem happens with all gecko based browsers! "sorrry in flock.exe occured a error" and the browsers shut down. -
Inappropriate?Frank,
It sounds like there may be a problem with your Flash player. Try installing the latest version of Flash from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Or if that doesn't work, another user on these forums has kindly posted an alternative method of reinstalling Flash for Flock:

Do the videos work after doing that?

most of the video's are playing, its only belga video's that make all gecko browsers, even presto and webkit based browser causse a error in windows en are being closed. all trident browsers are playing belga video's without a problem.
