Matt, do you have any addons installed? (Go to Tools / Addons to see a list.)
If so, you might try running Flock in "safe mode", which temporarily disables all your addons. If that fixes the problem, then we would know that one of your addons was the cause of the problem, and we could systematically determine which one.
Instructions for running in safe mode can be found here:

If not, let me know and we can try something else...

Inappropriate?Hi lawnbird,
Are you having this problem with all stories in that particular feed, or just some of them? If some, which ones?
--Chris -
The only common thread I can think of is that it happens after going through several feeds and switching back to the feed area then clicking on the yahoo news feed and choosing any news story. I am gong to look into the add-ons idea. -
i am having the same problem. -
Inappropriate? It seems to be just about any Yahoo link. Whether I'm coming from my Yahoo mail home page or from Digg or Google Reader.

Flock 2.0.2. Any Yahoo News whether followed from a link in email or from the Yahoo portal. Safe mode does not help. -
Inappropriate?Yeah, I've got a few add-ons installed. My next step was to uninstall them and add them back in one by one. Didn't know there was a safe mode. Thanks.
But I tried safe mode and still no go on Yahoo news. It locks right up and I have to go to task manager to kill it.

Inappropriate?I disabled all the plugins and add-ons and I am not having the problem any more.

The key now is to see which plugin is probably causing the problem on your system. Can you re-enable a plugin, restart the browser, and see if the problem viewing Yahoo News articles remains? If not, re-enable another plugin, restart, repeat process. With any luck Flock will crash after enabling a plugin. If you keep track of which you're enabling, you might help pinpoint the problem.
If one plugin at a time is too slow (if you have a lot of plugins) try enabling a few at a time, and then you'll need to figure out which of those is causing you trouble.
Any luck reproducing the problem?
