Inappropriate?hi cujo,
i need more info about your system: processor type (ppc or intel), os version (tiger or leopard 10.5.4, etc), version of fluid, version of safari.
also it's not clear whether this happens when you try to launch Fluid.app or an SSB you created...
todd -
if it's the SSB also include the URL you are using to create the SSB -
Inappropriate?I have the same issue:
Fluid 0.9.2.3
Safari 3.1.2
OSX 10.5.4
Intel
Happens every time I attempt to launch a created SSB -
Inappropriate?I have the same issue. Fluid was fine until I upgraded to the latest version at the prompt. Now, any app I've upgraded throws up this error. The Fluid apps I haven't yet updated don't throw up the error.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?FYI, the actual Fluid app as well as the apps I created had stopped working. Just re-downloaded Fluid from fluidapp.com, overwrote the app and recreated all my Fluid apps and they seem to be working again.
I’m happy it's fixed but curious why it broke in the first place
-
Inappropriate? Its still not working for me. It says architecture not suppoted.
-
Inappropriate?I experienced this as well, and had to recreate the apps... Luckily the preferences are bound with the app name, so these have been kept, but rebuilding 3 - 4 apps from scratch is kind of annoying!
I’m disappointed
-
Inappropriate?I had the same problem. All I did is uninstall fluid and remove its properties file from the library then reinstall it and everything went fine.
I’m happy
-
Inappropriate?I am fairly confident I know what is causing this problem - I think this error might be something to do with the URL: http://fluidapp.com/dist/Fluid_0.9.6.zip not working properly..
I downloaded it about 3 times and I saw it said the file size was 3.6MB but every time I downloaded, the transfer was cut off early and completed at about 1.7MB. I guess it's something to do with the server?
I ended up finding a mirror here: http://distfiles.macports.org/Fluid/F... and after downloading (the full 3.6MB) and installing the program again, it worked!
I’m happy
