Pop-to-front keyboard shortcut?
Great work, have started using it with Tracks (BSAG's GTD Rails app). Any chance of adding a way to use a keyboard shortcut to pop the designated app the front? Thanks.

Inappropriate?there must be a freeware utility out there that allows you to assign global keyboard shortcuts to applications? this is really outside of the realm of Fluid itself. can anyone recommend such a utility?
-
Inappropriate? It'd be easy enough to assign a Quicksilver hotkey trigger. E.g. I set F1 to pop up Safari.
-
Inappropriate?I personally don't use Quicksilver as one less app to deal with. AdiumX has a global shortcut, maybe it wouldn't be much code to do?
-
Inappropriate?good point, i might add this eventually. in the meantime, i'm sure there are other free solutions besides QS (that are more lightweight). anyone?

Inappropriate? Is it possible to pop-to-front a MenuExtra SSB?
-
Inappropriate? This would be killer for MenuExtra SSBs. I'm so used to my Ctrl+Option+T shortcut for Twitterific - I'd love to have Ctrl+Option+G and Ctrl+Option+L work for my Google Reader LaterLoop MenuExtra SSBs.
-
Inappropriate?yeah, i've totally changed my mind on this. def. needed. will add soon.

Inappropriate?I'd really like to see a keyboard shortcut for activating a MenuExtra SSB as well.
I’m hopeful

Great! Thanks Todd, I didn't realise this had been implemented already. -
Inappropriate?Hey Todd, I've experienced one issue with this feature - which rocks, btw. Keyboard shortcuts don't work after re-launching a SSB. Re-setting the shortcut in the preferences makes it work, but it's a pain to re-set your shortcut each time you launch an SSB. This is on 0.9.4.1. Thoughts?

Inappropriate?thx jesse. i just tested this, and actually it looks like its not that you have to reset it every time, but rather you just have to show the general preference pane at least once. and then the shortcut will work after that. that's a bug.
