Inappropriate? Not only on the scroll-bars (lower, for me), but the title bar is colored white when I disable the status-bar on the bottom (drawing is moved up).
-
Inappropriate?Exact symptoms vary according to scroll bar style set in Appearance. Above looks like the two scroll arrows on both ends appearance (also my favorite; requires defaults write). Standard "Place scroll arrows: Together" draws correctly, but responds to clicks as if "Place scroll arrows: At top and bottom" is selected.

I think I have this description backwards. I have "at top and bottom" selected, and it is drawing as if together is selected but responding to clicks as if it is drawing at top and bottom. -
So you've set the SSB's style to HUD, set the scrollbar style in Mac OS X's Appearance pane to "Together at both ends", relaunched the SSB and then tried to scroll down and up? The down scrolling works fine, it's up that doesn't work. -
Inappropriate? The current release has a white stripe when toggling off->on the toolbar at the bottom of the toolbar

Inappropriate?I'm seeing the same as the OP's screenshot. I'm also using the double scroll arrows at both ends of the scrollbar (defaults write "Apple Global Domain" AppleScrollBarVariant DoubleBoth).
I’m sad
