Redirect non-SSB URLs to other SSBs
I want to be able to specify that certain URLs, while not allowed to this SSB, should be sent to another SSB of my choosing instead of the default web browser. For example, I have an SSB for Gmail and one for our bug reporting application, I'd like links in emails from that system to open up in my bug reporter SSB, instead of in Safari.

Inappropriate?I'd like to expand the request a bit: I would like to have my work Intranet SSB be the system default browser, and have all other URLs go to (somewhere else), in this case Firefox, so that links I get via email/IM will first go to the Intranet SSB if possible and only then to Firefox. I tried (foolishly) setting my SSB to be the system default which led to a pretty amusing crash when I clicked on a non-SSB link :) (300+ blank tabs later, I finally managed to kill it...)
The "obvious" solution would be to let each SSB set the browser for non-SSB URLs. (It would be really cool if the SSB was the default browser ONLY when running...)
I’m hopeful.

Inappropriate?Have you tried using RCDefaultApps to set the links you want for your SSB's?

Inappropriate?I figured out how to do this (loosely) for Google Docs inside of Spotlight:

Not exactly what you want, but an illustration of the concept.

Inappropriate?Hey, I've recently found a preference pane that helps using multiple browser (still in beta).
It seems to be aiming to direct links to different browser based on the url.
If all works well, this could be the solution.
