Is the issue previewing from Flypaper Creator? Or is the issue occurring after you have published the Project? If the issue is after you have published the Project, does the hanging occur when you preview the Project locally or on the web.

Inappropriate?The issue is when we run the presentation from the web. The issue may be related to the firewall and gateway servers that service our wireless clients. What rights do the users need on web server? -
Inappropriate?Todd, "Read" rights is all they really need. There are no special requirements once the project has been published as a .swf (flash), web or executable file and posted to the desired location for the client to view.
