can't checkout AND shipping exorbitant!

I'm trying to sign up as a new customer and logout - system will not let me get past billing info. There is no continue button showing up to push. Separately, shipping costs seem exorbitant - 35% of my 90$ order!! I am hoping for a fantastic experience after paying that much...and I can't even check-out.

Hi Lydia! I'm very sorry to hear you're having trouble getting past billing info. Are you receiving an error, or is the button simply missing? I did see an order confirmation come through for your order.
